Andy is a highly experienced management development trainer; he has delivered programmes in public and private sectors and has a vast skill set centred around managing & leading teams. He has experience in delivering training across the globe including the Middle East with a range of corporate organisations. Andy is a qualified coach and holds certificates as a PRISM Behavioural Practitioner, MBTI Type indicators step 1, Blanchard Accredited trainer, Kirk Patrick Bronze level & hold a CIPD Certificate in Training Practice

Adrian is a transformation facilitator with over 20 years of experience in operations, administration, consulting, training and development. As a project and change leader, Adrian has been responsible for significant deliverables in complex stakeholder environments on four continents: as an operator, Adrian has been responsible for business development and strategy as well as organisational development and meeting business metrics. Adrian has a specific interest in the development and deployment of leadership and stakeholder management initiatives in the context of development and change environments

He has trained clients across the private and public sectors, including BT, Capita, Clydesdale Bank, Scholastic, Transport for London, Channel 4 and The Treasury. His style is practical and engaging, simplifying finance so anyone can understand and use it confidently.
