Essential Management Skills 2 Day Course

Course Overview

This 2 day Essential Management Skills course provides the tools required to lead and manage with confidence at any level. Fundamental management skills are explored including; effective delegation, motivation, performance management, coaching, and giving feedback. Ultimately learning how to inspire and develop individuals and teams.

Using the PRISM® profiling tool, participants gain deep insight into their management style and how to adapt it to connect and communicate more effectively with their teams and peers. Each manager leaves with a tailored action plan, ready-to-use strategies, and ongoing support through two 1:1 coaching calls to help embed the learning.

Pre-Course Telephone Calls

Each participants receives a pre call to discuss challenges, goals and aspirations

PRISM Behavioural Profile

Participants are invited to complete a questionnaire as part of their pre-work

Throughout the course Participants will:
2 X 121 Post course Calls

Individual action plans and post course assignments are discussed, embedding the learning
