This section applies only if you choose an interest-free payment plan.
- You pay the total fee in equal monthly instalments, at no extra cost: 3 months – 3 × £171.60; 6 months – 6 × £85.80.
- The first instalment is taken when you book. Further instalments are collected automatically on the same date each month, by card or Direct Debit, through our payment provider Stripe. The plan ends automatically after the final instalment.
- Failed payments: if an instalment fails, Stripe will retry it and we will contact you. You must update your payment details or pay the missed instalment within 14 days.
- Unpaid instalments: if instalments remain unpaid, we may pause your access to assessment and learning materials until your account is brought up to date.
- Withdrawal: if you withdraw, please tell us in writing. Instalments already paid are non-refundable, as your ILM registration and access to learning materials are provided from enrolment. Any instalments still outstanding remain payable for the programme you have enrolled on, and certification will not be issued until the full fee has been paid.
- Early settlement: you may settle the balance early to bring forward completion. Contact us and we will arrange this.
- Certificate: all instalments must be received before your certificate can be claimed.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You are registered with ILM from enrolment, so we operate a no-refund policy once registration has taken place.
- If you are booking as an individual, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking. By agreeing to these terms you ask us to start your programme and ILM registration straight away, and you accept that once registration has taken place, any refund within the 14 days will be reduced by the costs already incurred, including the ILM registration fee.
- If you fail to meet the financial terms of this agreement, the centre may end your programme at its discretion.
7. Assessment and certification
Assessments are conducted in line with ILM’s guidelines. You must achieve a pass in all assessments to be eligible for certification. Certification is issued by ILM on successful completion of the programme.
