Can your staff training workshops be tailored?
Yes. Every topic can be delivered off the shelf or tailored to your organisation, sector and goals. We can also combine topics into a joined-up programme for onboarding, graduates, change initiatives or upskilling.
Do you deliver staff training online or in person?
Both. We run workshops face to face at your premises or a venue, and live online, for teams in the UK and internationally.
How long are the workshops?
Most topics run as a half day or full day, or as a series of shorter sessions spread through the year. Team days can be full or half days.
Can staff training lead to a qualification?
Yes. Many workshops can be linked to an ILM qualification in leadership, management or coaching, so learners gain a recognised certificate.
