ABOUT ZAHOOR

Zahoor is an engaging and versatile finance trainer experienced in delivering training that is interactive and effective. A qualified accountant by profession, he has worked as a consultant and manager in numerous sectors before specialising as a trainer. He has worked at companies like PwC, Diageo and UNICEF, as well as start-ups and other SMEs

Experience of working in different industries has made it easier for him to tailor his training to people working in a variety of sectors. Clients Zahoor has worked with include both private sector (ABN AMRO, BT plc, Capita plc, Wincor Nixorf, Clydesdale Bank, Global Arrow, KCOM and Scholastic), and Public sector organisations (Transport for London, Channel 4, HM Prisons, Companies House, numerous county councils, The Treasury and Civil Service).

Zahoor takes a very pragmatic and fun approach to training. Having worked with array of companies, Zahoor has developed a knack for communicating complex techniques into their core components parts that make it easy to grasp the concept of finance. Alicia has a unique background that traverses three worlds:

  • A qualified lawyer in media law: Alicia has worked as a legal advisor for the New Zealand Broadcasting Commission (NZ On Air) and British Sky Broadcasting (Sky).
  • A trained actress: Alicia has performed on stage and screen.
  • An executive coach: Alicia has trained thousands of individuals across the globe.

I have worked with Alicia on a variety of projects at different clients. Her training, coaching and acting skills are excellent, but i’d like to focus on specifically her world-class ability to give clear, well-evidenced and genuinely transformative feedback. Again and again, i’ve seen her work with participants in workshops, and offer razor-sharp observations which have an incredibly beneficial impact. Justin is a highly experienced trainer. His career includes being a schoolteacher, university lecturer, firefighter, pastor, & has spent the last 20 years running Development Programmes for national & global businesses. He is author of two books exploring aspects of social psychology & neuroscience for leaders. His passion is to provide practical support for pressurised managers. Having run many complex projects both internally & for our clients he is well-placed to run our ‘Project Management Made Simple’ workshop.

Justin currently partners with a range of large companies running management & leadership development programmes, with a special focus on ‘soft-skills’. He is committed to providing measurable results & one recent programme won four major national awards for its impact.  

He lives in Devon & is currently trying to finish Luigi’s Mansion on the Nintendo Switch … & failing.

ABOUT SU

The majority of Su’s work experience has been within the fast pace retail sector. Su worked for Tesco as a Senior HR Manager and Learning and Development Manager impacting over 300,000 employees and more recently within the Education, Insurance and Printing industry.

She has been having impact in HR for over 25 years and loves serving businesses and people. Most of Su’s time is now spent coaching and mentoring board level executes HR professionals.
