Terms and condition apply to all business transactions, including; training, coaching, seminars, consultancy and pre-booked non-refundable accommodation and travel bookings

Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice receipt date. We operate on a strict prepayment bases, payments must be received prior to any event, course or intervention. All open courses must be pre-paid upon booking.

Transferring Course Places and Dates

If a course, course place, or any other intervention is transferred or changed by the client or delegate up to 10 weeks before the booking is due to take place, there will be a charge of 50% of the total course fee. If the transfer takes place 4-0 weeks before the course start date, there will be a 100% charge of the related fee.

Online courses

Our online courses are non-refundable unless purchased through the ‘Buy it Now’ option on Reed. By agreeing to a schedule and completing an induction (pre call and related
sign-up documentation). Where live workshops are concerned, only one reschedule is permitted as resources and trainers are scheduled in advance. Additional reschedules are possible with two 2 working days form a workshop £30 administration fee.

Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that
you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.

Cancelling in Person Courses

A full refund will be given if a course or place booking is cancelled up to 10 weeks before the course start date. If the booking is cancelled between 10-4 weeks before the event is due to take place, there will be a charge of 50% of the total course fee. If the transfer or cancellation takes place 4-0 weeks before the course is due to start, 100% of the course fee is charged.

Cancellation of courses by The Learning and Development Company

The Learning and Development Company regularly improve and update their courses and reserve the right to alter any course content without prior notice. The Learning and Development company also reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date, credit note or full refund
