Lots of our clients and participant’s like to have a four to six months follow up course to help the learning stick, the one day influencing skills course has been especially designed either for those that have already attended the Essential Management Skills course, or for participants that simply want to become more effective at influencing and enhancing professional and personal relationships

This course provides participants with the tools and approaches ideal for maintaining work relationships, minimising conflict and handling difficult conversations. This open course is available for all skill levels, ranging from those just starting out to already established professionals.
